- -This website (www.endecor.sg) is operated by En Décor Furniture. By visiting our website and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
- (1) Purchase & Payment
- -All prices on this website are stated in Singapore Dollar.(SGD)
- -All orders are subject to acceptance by En Décor Furniture. En Décor Furniture reserves the right to reject any order for whatsoever reasons without liability or compensation to the customer. In the event that En Décor Furniture cancels an order after it has been fully paid for, a full refund will be made to the customer.
- -While we make every attempt to keep all listed products in stock, occasionally we are sold out of a certain item. If we are out-of-stock on an item you have ordered, we will contact you as quickly as possible. It will then be your choice to proceed and keep the order, replace the order with another order or cancel it fuss-free.
- -Should you decide to proceed with the order for the sold-out item, re-stocking will take an estimated lead time of 8 to 10 weeks. We will update you periodically on the status of the shipment.
- -Should you wish to purchase another similar product based on our recommendation, payment will be arranged based on the price difference between the sold-out item and the recommended item.
- -Should you wish to cancel the order, we will process the refund immediately upon your notification. If you had paid using credit card option, the refund may take up to 10 days to be credited to your bank account, depending on your credit card issuing bank's policies.
- -Prices and product specifications are subject to change without prior notice. Unfortunately, on some occasions, it is possible that our website will contain errors and we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time, even after you have placed an order.
- -If there are any discrepancies, we may, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before dispatching the order or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your sales order is cancelled, we will issue a full refund to your bank account.
- -We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colours. However, the actual product colours may vary slightly from image colors displayed on our website due to various lighting conditions and/or different computer calibrations. Such variations shall not constitute as misrepresentations by En Décor Furniture.
- -For payment in our physical retail store, we offer these payment options: cash, cheque, NETS, Internet bank transfer and PayNow.
- -For payment on our website, we only accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express debit or credit cards. For Internet bank transfer and PayNow, please email us or message us via Whatsapp to arrange the purchase separately.
- (2) Delivery
- -En Decor Furniture will inform you your delivery date and time slot within 48 working hours from your online purchase.
- -En Decor Furniture provides free delivery within Singapore mainland (except Jurong Island) on all products listed on our website.
- -To qualify for free delivery, your delivery location must be accessible via elevator. If the delivery team is unable to send your furniture via elevator at the point of delivery, a surcharge of $15 per non lift-accessible floor will be imposed. In the event, the delivery is deemed unfeasible , En Decor Furniture reserves the right to cancel the delivery order.
- -We will do our best to deliver your item within the agreed time frame but we do not guarantee that the delivery will occur within the time frame due to unpredictable traffic conditions and unknown circumstantial happenings at each delivery location.
- -En Decor Furniture reserves the right to change your delivery date and time in the event of any unforeseen circumstances. Our staff will contact you for rescheduling.
